I applied for the position and was called back by a recruiter after three days. It is a new hybrid position where you will have banker and teller responsibilities. The recruiter explained the starting salary but due to the position being so new, He couldn't provide more in-depth details. I went in for the the face-to face interview and the branch manager went over a few more details about the position. The interview went very well. It was mostly behavior based questions and additional question due to the slow foot traffic of the branch I had applied for. I am still waiting for a call back as they're in the beginning stages of interviewing.

As part of the application process, you are required to take a virtual sales assessment online (you act as a sales person helping virtual customers). There will be two interviews after that. You will be asked some sales questions. They have a sheet of questions they ask for the interview, so be ready. There were only a few situational questions. This might be different depending on location (big city vs rural area).
