What did you learn from that experience? 4. What do you think caused the financial crisis in 2008? 5. What type of ethical dilemmas do you think managers in the banking industry face? Can you tell me about a time you faced an ethical dilemma and what type of action did you take to resolve it? 6. What is one of your weaknesses? One strength? 7. What do you hope to gain from this job/experience? 8. What areas/departments are you interested in while working at BB&T?
