The environment was friendly and the people seem to enjoy what they were doing. The interview was not overly technical. We had a conversation about was needed for the role and the direction of the organization. The hire manager seems like a nice person to work, however was not willing to take on the risk of hiring an individual without extensive management billing experiences.
