3 people showed up although I was only expecting at max, 2 (the hiring manager and a HR person). Hiring manager got really upset when I asked if this was a new role or replacement, countering the question with "Why do you ask?" HR person is on a one year tour to Tokyo and seemed only curious about the layoff I was impacted by and technically being in the HR department in a previous role. I don't even know why he was here aside from stealing info, for his own purpose. This Chinese girl was there too for some reason with the most horrible English and I later found out she left that month.. It was a mess, I hate Big Tobacco and was only there because there were no other jobs to apply to. So in conclusion, just a waste of my time.
