The hiring process was actually pretty quick. Which was nice because I had just ended my last position and needed to start something else ASAP. They called me on a Tuesday and I interviewed that Friday.

I went to an interview for an entry level account executive position. The beginning of the interview was the lady belittling my lack of experience as an account executive and completely ignored my degree or my enrollment in a MBA program. The interview lasted maybe 10 minutes. She was just focused on my ability to make a sale. Very coarse and rude. However I made it to the second interview. This was an onsite interview at Sam's. I found out at this interview the job I was apply to was selling cell phones in Sam's and it was almost completely commission. This seems like a great position if you are in college; she said the hours were flexible and the commissions seemed fair. I was disappointed with the bait and switch tactics that this company used to get people in the doors for interviews. There is no need to lie about the job; there are plenty of people who would love this job and be very successful within this position.
