1. 30min Initial Screen, questions about previous experience
2. Another 30min call, same questions about previous experience
3. Take home assignment (5 hours)
4. 1h Task review with Data Science lead
5. 45min Meet the Team
(+1 call with HR to discuss pay range which wasn't disclosed on job post)
It felt very insulting to be rejected by email after so much time spent with them and no issues being raised.
