Got contacted by an Aubay recruiter through LinkedIn and after exchanging CV and a few messages I've got an interview. Really positive way the recruiter approached me unlike most of the other recruiters floating around on LinkedIn. My initial interview (all virtual) got cancelled 15 minutes before the call. In the second interview no one showed up so I followed up and arranged another interview. The third interview no one showed up again! Pretty poor experience from something that started out so positive. I mean I didn't actually apply for a job since they had apparently something to offer. Really red flag if people can't manage their schedule or have the decency sending an update or follow up if they are late or miss a call.
