1) Application 2) Informal Skype Interview 3) First Official Interview with line manager and colleagues 4) Technical task (Data management and statistical analysis) 5) On-site technical interview & Code review 6) Senior management interview 7) Job offer Overall the whole interview process was long and very thorough with multiple stages and extensive material to prepare for the interviews, to a degree where I was asking myself whether it was worthwhile spending all the time. The costs for the onsite interview were reimbursed and I got a relocation package with my job offer. However, it seems the very careful interview process leads to a very friendly and highly talented pool of colleagues and managers.
