Entretien
Had 7 people interviewing me in a boardroom. Each one asked at least one question. Some of the interviewers had well prepared and thoughtful questions. Others were openly hostile in their questioning which was strange. It was not clear who the hiring manager was and they did not know for sure which position I had applied for. Sort of a mess.

If you weren't able to satisfy a customer, what would you do?
This was done via zoom call for the first part. I was original told that I was speak to one person maybe two. However, it was a group of five. Not a bad thing but not what I was excepted either.

Entretien
The interview process was fairly quick in that the time between scheduled interviews was no more than a week, and limited only due to interviewer schedules. The interviews included an HR screening, an HR face to face interview followed by a panel interview led by three of the Operations Managers. Everyone was pleasant and respectful (no jerks). The Ops Managers seem to be just as uncomfortable as I was during the interview.
