Went on 9 interviews with VP's and HR. All went well, we were a great fit...until they mentioned the salary, which was 30-40% below the industry standard for a senior position of this type. Very disappointing that I waste so much time on the interview process. They called me, so I mistakenly assumed they had a good feel for what they should be paying for a senior position.
