J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Ascension (Nashville, TN)

Very relaxed and easy. All depends on your department really. Mine had nice managers , easy to talk to. I would recommend them. I had to interviewed with two sets of management. One being the supervisor and the other being the manager over the entire department: I will say I’ve noticed a high turn over in the upper management so I’ve had over 3 managers/directors in the last 4 years .

I applied to Ascension for Front Desk Receptionist twice. The first time I applied I was emailed to set up a 15 min phone screen with the recruiter. I was skeptical from the start because her only available time was nearly two weeks away on a Friday. Still I picked that time because it was her earliest available slot. 3 days later I get an email saying my application was not selected and were moving forward with other candidates, but if you scheduled a time to speak with a recruiter keep the appointment as they have “many opportunities to join the team!” So I kept the appointment because SURELY in that giant hospital there’s another department who might need a Receptionist. The day rolled around for the interview and they never called. But at the exact time I selected to be spoken with the recruiter sent me an email to an Ascension job fair that was taking place a hour from where I live in 3 months. The second time I applied was pretty much the same. Got selected for a phone screen, selected a time, then a couple days later “Unfortunately your application was not selected at this time.” Then the day of the phone screen got sent an email to a job fair across the state. What a joke.
After I applied for a position, I received an email that my application had been selected and that they were interested to talk to me and would like to schedule the interview. I was sent a link to set up a time from the available list of days and times. I Was sent a confirmation of my appointment, so I took time off my current job ( I left an hour early) to make sure I was ready for the phone call appointment. The call never came. So I emailed them to let them know what had happened that I had waited for the phone call and I am still interested and I would like to set up another time. Although I was very disappointed that this happened , I was still interested in the position. I didn’t hear from anybody and frankly I gave up. But then about four days later I was sent an email that my application was not selected at this time. Then why send me a link to chose an available time and a confirmation of that time? Disappointing and unprofessional to say the least
Look into this negligence and correct it. It was not very good experience for me like I said I lost an hour of work. My time is valuable
