I applied online and received an email for a phone interview. I had the phone interview 2-3 days after I applied online. The phone interview was around 10 mins long, After the phone interview, I was scheduled to meet with the manager a few days later. I met with the manager and she was very pleasant. She gave me a tour and showed me where the office was and where I will be mostly stationed. We went back to her office and explained the job description and asked if the hours worked for me. She offered me the position right on the spot. And, explained the next hiring process. Overall the hiring process was very easy and fast.

Very open conversation, wanted to know my goals in healthcare. Asked how I would handle a unruly patient. Asked about my background dealing with Dr's. Would I like 12 hour shifts or 8 hour shifts?
