Spoke with one of their engineers during a 60 min phone screen. The interviewer seemed nice and had good to say about the company. However, their recruiting team’s behavior suggests the exact opposite and doesn’t reflect well on their company culture. The recruiter hasn’t communicated after this at all. I’m okay with rejection, but not ghosting. Candidates deserve to know the outcome. Do yourselves a favor and avoid investing your time.

Was recommended by a friend, and I received an email from HR immediately. Had a phone screening followed by a technical coding challenge interview, which lasted an hour. I answered the first half of questions well but floundered when trying the design the jigsaw puzzle. She recommended I study system designs more
