Casual chat with some employees in which we discussed projects I had completed which were related to the work they do at Arup, and the wider mechanical engineering field. The whole process seemed very informal

Entretien
The interview process was smooth. There were a lot of technical questions, and they also asked about your past experience. Try your best to answer all the questions based on the knowledge you have, and be honest if there are some questions you don’t know the answer to.
detailed interview, nice host. went all well but I wasnt confident enough and made some mistakes. Seemed like I could have gotten the job but I wasnt good enough for some reason
