The first phone interview was with the recruiter for some background check. The second interview was with engineers in the group, about some technical and course related questions. The overall impression is that they value most the relevant experience for the position.

Entretien
Consisted of 6 hours. First starting with Technical Interview which was discussion of key geotechnical issues of a given project after there was a case study. This is purely justification of your answers and not engineering related.
