I submitted my application online and they called me a few days after the deadline to arrange assessment centre date. It was as expect from my research. There was a technical exercise followed by interview with HR. The very unexpected part of my interview was there was another applicant interviewed at the same time with me with the HR person. So be prepared for that you have to fight on the spot. Following that explaining my answers to two senior engineers (the other applicant had another room) and casual chat about my CV and experience.
