The interview was short and to the point. The manager was enjoyable and she made you feel very comfortable. She explained the company and wanted to know more about myself and what I could offer to benefit the business.

Entretien
I sent in my application via their hiring link, and then was contacted by an area manager via telephone to schedule a time for an in person interview. After speaking on the phone we set up a time for a in person interview held on property.
Didn't take that long. I interviewed with the store manager and director (I think that's what her position is), but anyway, the director was very nice and asked me great questions. The store manager barely said anything...which I should have taken as a red flag considering she was the one I would be working for.

Asked me why I left my last job, and me coming from a retail background I was asked if I knew and understood different retail terms.
