The interview went well as we met near the owners home and walked to space on the campus. I felt comfortable during the entire process. The husband side of the team was more engaging as the wife was very matter of fact and had an accusatory tone that I noted but wanted the job so moved past it. I also thought it may have been an attempt to play the bad cop, good cop. There were no signs of micro-management. From this experience I learned to inquire about the management style during the interview process.
