The hiring process first involved an online coding test (you could choose your preferred programming language), after which you were called for an on-site interview (provided that it was successfully completed). The interview itself was a one-to-one meeting and started with a very brief description of the position and the people that they were looking for, followed by some questions related to previous experience and education, as described in the CV. After that, it went straight away to some coding exercises using the C language. You were sitting in front of a laptop and the interviewer was watching your typing in another laptop/screen next to you.

Pretty good, not too complicated, was comfortable. Mostly LC questions, and was easy enough that you should be able to do it after doing NC150. good luck for the interview!
Starts with online test, then three rounds of technical interviews follow.
Not a lot of discussion, just go straight to the technical challenges which have to be solved in time

By now I have had only first interview, that was focused on pure DSA. Despite that I would already recommend checking out gdb, cause it came in handy in my case.
