Easy to talk to the interviewer, common sense questions that were difficult answer. Down to interviewer that made me feel comfortable. Only issue was shift times didn’t really suit me.

Describe a time where you had an irate customer and how you dealt with it.
straightforward question, nothing too challenging, interviewers were very friendly and relaxed and listened really well. Interview lasted around 25 minutes and found out i got the job in less than a week

A casual chat with the manager. Mainly focussed on availability and proximity to the store. Gave brief background and was told about the role and what it entails. The interview will vary manager to manager so any prep will help

It is a casual discussion. They really want to know how you handle tough customers and how quickly you can pick up work. As well as flexibility with time. As they need people to be multiskilled. Working back and front of house.
