Interview was very quick and not much questions were asked and I was told that I'd recieve and email which will highlight further details about when I start the job. About half an hour later I recieve an email saying that I didn't get the job so I rang in and was told it was because I'm a university student and they need someone to work weekdays. I clearly told the interviewer on the call that I am a student and he was fine with it then so it just felt a bit disappointing when I recieved that email as I thought I had finally been hired
A few basic questions about what you’re like, what you’re good at, what you can offer etc etc etc
Thought it was relaxed and okay, friendly store manager was interviewer
You had to do an online assessment with your application with some scenario questions and then questions that are personality tailored. Then offered a 1 to 1 interview supposed to last 30 minutes

Casual conversation talking about experiences, skills etc. What the role was about and responsibilities it carries. Asked my availability and flexibility. Make sure you have questions to ask the interviewer asking about key aspects of the role.
