J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 5 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Argos (Barrow, England) en oct. 2016

Submitted an online application through their 'networx' website and recieved a direct email from the store manager around a week later inviting me to an interview. Due to the store being quite small I wrongfully assumed it would be a 1-1 interview. However in the end, 15 people turned up and everything seemed quite unorganised. We were all then moved down to the shop floor to perform some group exercises such as finding out and telling the rest of the group about the person you were partnered up with. We then had to design an 'Argos Superhero' who had all the super powers to make the best employee and colleague, this was quite a fun and relaxed part of the group interview which I did enjoy. We then had to fill out a peice of paper with two numbers and we had to clickly tick a box if the two numbers were the same or different. We were then asked if we had any questions and then were allowed to leave, being told we will all be told whether we were unsuccessful or obtained a 1-1 interview.
A few basic questions about what you’re like, what you’re good at, what you can offer etc etc etc
Thought it was relaxed and okay, friendly store manager was interviewer
You had to do an online assessment with your application with some scenario questions and then questions that are personality tailored. Then offered a 1 to 1 interview supposed to last 30 minutes

Casual conversation talking about experiences, skills etc. What the role was about and responsibilities it carries. Asked my availability and flexibility. Make sure you have questions to ask the interviewer asking about key aspects of the role.
