Applied online. Received email for interview invite 1-2 months later. Scheduled a zoom call that had two researchers. I was frankly not expecting the interview to be so focused on finance. I'd except they'd ask about math, statistics, probability etc. but they were mostly interested about private knowledge, which frankly I didn't have much of.
