Very casual interview. Found them at a career fair at my school, they offered me an opportunity to interview a few weeks later. Went to their headquarters with about 20 other students, did a double round interview where each group was a different department within arconic. They were a bit sloppy though in their organization. For example, when I arrived, they didn't have me listed on their chart along with the other candidates.

Fairly straight forward interview. It was 30 minutes over the phone. Interview questions were not too difficult. They mostly asked about what I had done with my coursework. Got an offer within 3 days of interviewing.

Met human resources at a university career fair and they connected with a manager to have a phone interview with. The phone interview lasted about 30 minutes, and they got back to me with an offer about a week later. The total process took about 2 weeks.
