Spent time with the upper managers discussing the company, job and facility. They asked about my food and beverage experience as well as supervisor roles. Ended up having an hour long interview and learned a lot about the position.

1 interview that was taken 1 on 1 at a company held job fair. Fairly standard, just make sure you ask detailed questions. Asked about my previous experience and some relevant questions probing if I would be able to handle certain aspects of the position.

Describe a time when you had a customer come to you with a problem. How did you go about resolving it
Quick and simple. We met, discussed the job and expectations of management, and I was made an offer. The paperwork was all via email, and the onboarding process was pretty easy and straightforward for the most part.
