They want the perfect fit
I've been told that after the second interview is a field interview
And then one more final interview to actually get offer

Entretien
The interview was smooth and no issues but the sales position offered no leads and was straight B2B door to door. The interviewer stated upfront that it would be the hardest job I ever would have.

Quite straight forward, asked all the basic questions such as how you handled certain stressful situations. I was applying for a program directly out of college and they asked if getting exposure to different lines of the business was something I would be interested/okay with conpleteing.

How effective was I at managing a team of employees.
There was no big interview per se. It was pretty easy and un complicated. There was only one person interviewing and it did not take very long. It was over in 10 minutes.
