Entretien
The whole process took less than a week. Each stage took place exactly at the agreed time. At the first stage i talked with the recruiter. We discussed working conditions, my experience and position that i was hired on. At the second stage i talked with one of the directors. We discussed my experience in detalis and I was asked some simple programming questions. At the third stage i met one of the developers. I was asked some questions about databases and programming language. The next day i received an offer from the company.

Proceso estándar de entrevista con RRHH, lo que me gustó a fue que me mantuvo al tanto y al final me mandó un email formal de que no seguía y un mensaje por LinkedIn, fue ameno el rechazo.

it was great , HR was so friendly first round he explain about the company and soft skills questions.
second round was technical , not difficult architecture listens and gives you feedback immediately
coming to third round , who interviewed me he doesn't ask a specific questions he was so busy and he left zoom meeting for 10 min for a reason (no need to mention) but he gave me a feedback that they need someone with client experience

I had three interviews over two weeks: The first one was an introduction to the company and the other two were technical ones with total duration of 2 and a half hours (30 min, 30min and 90 min). The second interview had a task to refactor a small trigger. Overall it was very interesting and insightful to take these interviews. My interviewer was very knowledgeable and interesting to listen.
