1st Application / 50 Question test , 30 minute time limit. 2nd Phone Interview 3rd 50 Question Test , 15 minute time limit (They watch you as you take this test via WebCam to ensure you are not cheating.) 4th Manager Interview 5th H.R. Interview Basically, unless you score very high on this pre-employment exam they will NOT hire you. Any experience or degrees are IRREVERENT to Aptean. When I took this exam, I scored higher than average tester (32/50) ---Avg. being (25.1/50) Despite meeting EVERY SINGLE qualification for this company and wasting long periods of time with the job application process; the hiring manger decided to go with someone else. For NO OTHER REASON, than his opinion which is quite annoying when they SHOULD have least made some type of offer. You know, the entire point of taking the exams and PASSING. Now the H.R. Employees will sound very polite to you on the phone. Very Annoyed. Be prepared to get you hopes up and waste a lot of time for most likely NO return on investment. I STRONGLY recommended applying to other jobs while applying to Aptean, do not get your hopes up.
