J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Apple (Cupertino, CA) en mars 2010
Entretien
I went through on campus recruiting and the interviews were all very behavioral. All the company cares about is if you would make a great fit. I was even told once that they could teach a monkey to do what they do, thus they just care if the person would make a good fit for the company. Although the company is very innovative, their business and finance departments are a little behind the times. Everyone is very nice and obsessed with Apple. You have to "drink the Kool-Aid" to fit in.

Went through three rounds of interviews. Was caught off guard on the informality of the third interview and the lack of questions asked, more of a conversation.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Tell me about a time you failed that has nothing to do with academics?
Scheduled an interview through campus career center. Interview was exclusively behavioral: don't expect questions on your econ/finance classes, or even Excel experience. Apple seems to be very interested in finding people who "fit" with Apple culture. Numerous questions about favorite classes, what makes you unique, challenging experiences, etc.
Be prepared for weird behavioral questions: what kind of animal would you be, what's the craziest thing you've done, etc.
