J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris 2 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Appian
Entretien
First interview was on campus. Short, ~30 min, all behavioral.
Then I was invited on site for an interview day. The day went from noon - 6:30PM.
They started with a presentation from their CEO which was nice. He's a really interesting guy.
Then they did a presentation about their software.
After that was four interviews, pretty much all behavioral.
The first was with the CEO, which was pretty intense. Questions weren't hard, just strange.
Second through fourth were all 30 minute behavioral interviews with different employees. They all felt pretty much the same and it didn't seem like they needed all three.
Day ended with a really nice dinner at a nearby restaurant.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Do you read? (CEO)
What do your friends like about you? (CEO)
Give an example of where you could use the Appian software.
Everything else was generic behavioral questions.
The interview process comprises four stages: an online assessment, two technical interview rounds, and a final HR interview. The online assessment includes two programming questions along with basic computer science fundamentals. The first technical round focuses on coding problems, while the second technical round consists of scenario-based questions. The final HR round evaluates cultural fit and overall suitability for the role.
Online assessment, then two technical interview and then final HR. They expected webdev projects and in depth knowlwgde in sql and one programmig lanuage. The questions were easy and CSE & IT students were given preference.
All behavioral, really focusing on past experiences and why Appian. 2 rounds of interviews and then power day. The first round was all tell me about a time ... type questions and fairly random questions. Next round was more behavioral questions and most in depth with your resume. Next step is power day
