Apache is a big time oil company looking for big time skill. They have an interview process that consists of four senior staff members drilling you with technical questions for 45-60 minutes. After they are done though they don't let you ask any questions. Also, they have horrible time management. When I interviewed with them I had two other offers on the table one with a consulting firm and the other with a different oil company. I told them that I had to know by the specific date and they said I would be adviced no later than then. I didn't hear from them til 5 days past my date. Very rude unorganized company.

Entretien
Simple and straight forward with the interviewer. Some technical and soft skill questions. Engineering questions on knowledge and comprehension of applications with ESP, Gas Lift, rod pump, plunger. Furthermore, review of ops and leadership
Very well structured. Recruiters were very friendly and treated potential candidates to dinner. Interview was relaxed and comfortable setting. They were focused on making sure you are good fit for the company and are competent in required fields.

Entretien
Phone call interview with three people and then follow up with a second interview with two people. Process was very easy and no complications. I am hoping to hear back from them any week now.
