Sent my CV, then Aon sent me to do assessment test including their situation-based test (how would you react in a different situation), then was invited to do an an initial competent-based interview with 2 HRs. Then after is an interview with Aon's local business leader.

Asked the questions based on Aon's value, "united through trust as one inclusive, diverse team". The questions are about 'Have you solved a problem, business-related, with creativity? how do you approach working in a diversed team?"

Entretien
Had to do an online asessment that tests your time management skills and how you prioritize tasks. Followed up by a recruiter screen interview and then two rounds of behavioral interviews with HR and directors of different departments you will rotate in.
