After completing the application, I received an invitation to complete an assessment and on-demand interview (2-3 questions) via Modern Interview. After a few months, I was contacted by the recruiter to proceed forward with an informational video interview with the hiring manager via WebEx. After completing the initial interview, I was invited to interview with 4 members of the team the following week for approximately 2 hours (30-min per interviewer). The next day I was contacted by the recruiter over the phone to inform me that I received an offer. I’ve done multiple interviews over the years, however the process at Aon was easily my favorite. The team was extremely professional and the interview flowed like a conversation. Incredible candidate experience from start to end.
