J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez AngelList en avr. 2023

I came in contact with the folks at AngelList and learned they were working on quite an interesting financial and engineering challenge. The interview process that was described to me sounded very reasonable - the first round can either be a live coding exercise or a take home. I chose the take home. I ended up submitting my completed solution and it was maybe 5-7 days to hear back. I did not pass the interview. Fortunately, I was able to set up a time to meet with a recruiter working with AngelList (George) to discuss their assessment of my completed solution. George gave me great feedback on my solution as well as noting trends and scenarios outside of my control that impacted the decision to not move forward (lots of candidates, low number of positions, preference for hybrid in specific locations that I am not in). Overall, a solid interview experience. I could tell they respected my time by giving me the option to do a take home and I love that George was able to give me feedback on my interview so that I can continue learn and grow as a candidate. The whole thing felt well organized while still retaining some humanity. Thanks George!

In the technical, I was asked a leetcode question. It was a bipartite graph problem optimally. I spent 30 minutes explaining the concept, and 15 writing code. The interviewer guided me decently to find an inoptimal answer first and refine it from there
