Multi level interviews. Phone screen by recruiter, telephone interview with manager, in person interview with HR and a potential peer. Ironically they brought me into the office for a phone interview. Followed by a phone interview with department head and Skype interview with potential manager. The in person and Skype interviews are apparently required of most remote hires.
