Awful and exhausting process. The recruitment team was disorganized, slow in response, and unprofessional. The recruiter first got in touch with me in the early spring and the interview process lasted about four months, resulting in a call that the company decided to pause on hiring. Overall I had five different interviews with the company. Recruitment dragged me along in the process and at times took two weeks in responding to me. I enjoyed meeting the various team members at Amplify; however, I am scarred by how the company approaches recruitment.
