It's a parttime job, 2 and half days but with a lot of tasks in the job description.
I received an invitation to do an excel test a few weeks after applying for this job. The excel test was not difficult. 3 questions: one about bookkeeping employees' salary, one to use pivot table, the last one to write an email.
A few days later, I got invited to an interview. I wouldn't say the interview went well. To begin with, it was a weird atmosphere. A panel of three interviewers, including one in London via video conference. They didn't even take time to ask me to introduce myself. What they basically did is taking turns to read me questions from two pages. What's worse, one of them has a strong French accent. The questions covers a wide range, such as accounting software, legal issues, administration issues and so on. It was a short interview. It seemed that they took no interest in me and i knew by then I would receive a rejection. Indeed, at the end of the week, I received that email. The funny thing is that they offered to give you feedback but after I requested there was no answer at all..
