There were 3 stages for the complete job recruitment process: 1. Basic knowledge about AI/ML (Telephonic Interview) 2. Technical Interview (On video call) 3. Interview with Manager The interview process is more or less similar to every IT company hiring for Data Scientist role. The one thing I liked about the interview process is the quality of the questions as most of the questions were related to application of the knowledge about AI/ML. Basically how will you apply the algorithms for right problem statement. The hands-on experience on ML plays the vital role in this type of interviews.
