Interviewed after being a contractor for 2 years
interviewed for the same role that I was in
The role came up as i was with the company for a while and the contract was coming to an end

-The interviewer asked for previous experience and what I can bring to the table
another interviewer (With no experience in the regulatory) asked for irrelevant details like how I think I am eligible for this role when I did never work in the lab - (i have been in the same role that I was interviewing for 3 years)

The interview process was not transparent, once the panel interview was done, there was no response from the hr or recruiter on if I was moving my forward or not in the process , when I reached out to the recruiter directly, there was no response at all for 2 weeks . Then suddenly I get an automated rejection response from the website.

Entretien
The interview process was good, and organised, but They never bothered to let me know about the results for 3-4 weeks. The experience with the recruitment team was not very good, they were not very responsive , never responded to any email.
