They tell you they are interested in you and invite you to a webinar like zoom event but it is really just a recorded video of a guy speaking. No one is able to ask questions and it’s ridiculous. They then call you and basically offer you the job but tell you you have to buy a life insurance class for 250 dollars and asked me to do it on the call with them. I realized it wasn’t a good fit and let the conversation.
Pushy attitude from the interviewers. They were essentially trying to get me to sign on the a pyramid scheme where they took a percentage of the sales I generated. They also wanted to to pay up front for the training course which was a red flag for me.
You first attend a zoom meeting/ presentation regarding the overview of the job and the benefits of the position. If you take the survey, they will review your resume and, if you are a good fit, they will contact you further to set up an interview. From there, you undergo the interview, which gives you more information on the position and then, if you have performed well, an offer is made.

What was my experience and if I was willing to get a license/certification.
