First you get a phone call/prescreen to set up your interview. The initial interview is a typical group presentation geared toward hyping you up to the possibility of making a lot of money. This is followed by a one on one screening and then a continued group presentation. This is largely necessary because less than 1% of the new hires actually go on to make it work. After this, a follow up and final interview with your proposed Senior or Master General Agent and then an offer.
Super easy, they want to hire you because managers are measured on how many people they hire and retain. No past experience needed. They love a salesy attitude and over achievers

First round was a general webinar/ zoom with zero interaction - more of a business presentation about the opportunities, followed by a survey form to fill out and return. 2nd round was maybe a 20 minute 1 on 1 interview where I was offered the position on the spot.
Standard interview questions - had a group interview and then a one-on-one with branch manager. went through all the steps to obtain cert and timeline to get started. Made aware that this position is purely commission based.
