J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez American Income Life (West Palm Beach, FL) en mars 2012

The interview process at American Income Life makes the average joe feel like he has stumbled upon a gold mine. In fact this job is nothing more than selling life insurance to people using the very common leads and referral process. I worked at one of the South Florida offices and was quite disappointed by the organization of the agency and the support systems.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
There are not too many difficult questions to ask, they basically look for people who have drive and need money badly enough to be driving to different homes all day and try to sell insurance.

Interview so far was fair, mainly a presentation about the company, in group setting, with a manager 1:1 afterwards. Overall more a discussion than an interview, with a signup to start learning for the licensing exam.

Overview video was watched. Also answered some questions at the end. Once questions are reviewed someone will reach out (if thought to be a good fit ) for a second interview. This part could take anywhere from a few hours to 24 hours. Once on to next step an interview will be conducted via zoom.
You’ll first receive an invitation to watch an introductory video. Then, you’ll be invited to a group presentation. After that, you’ll complete a one-on-one interview with a manager before getting hired.
