I was called in for an interview. When I got there, there were a lot of other people also there for the interview. We were put in a room and given a presentation about the company and the position. There were no actual interview questions asked, they went over what the company was about. At the end of the presentation, we were asked to fill out this questionnaire if we wanted to continue along with the application process. The next step would be to come back in for a more intimate interview with a manager. I ultimately decided that it wasn't for me because you had to pay up front for the license test that you would need to work for the company. A good number of people decided that it wasn't for them and about half of everyone there filled out the questionnaire.

Interview so far was fair, mainly a presentation about the company, in group setting, with a manager 1:1 afterwards. Overall more a discussion than an interview, with a signup to start learning for the licensing exam.

Overview video was watched. Also answered some questions at the end. Once questions are reviewed someone will reach out (if thought to be a good fit ) for a second interview. This part could take anywhere from a few hours to 24 hours. Once on to next step an interview will be conducted via zoom.
You’ll first receive an invitation to watch an introductory video. Then, you’ll be invited to a group presentation. After that, you’ll complete a one-on-one interview with a manager before getting hired.
