I started as a temp and met the ED. That is how I learned of the job opening. They post jobs to the internal system for a number of days before it goes live to the public. I had 2 interviews. The first was with the ED, the second was this the District ED and the ED. The questions were based on qualitative ideas. Why do you have a passion for cancer, etc. The never asked to see my diploma or called my references.

First was a phone interview screening which was followed by an in-person interview. Honestly the whole interview process took under 2 months from application to acceptance, and the hiring manager was fairly responsive throughout.

Applied online and was contacted for a first interview a few days after. The interviewer was very nice. The interview took only 30 minutes. I was told I would be contacted for another interview if I seemed like a good fit.

I applied online, received an email roughly a week later to schedule a phone interview for the following week with a talent acquisition team member at a corporate location. I then scheduled a second phone interview with the team at the location I was applying for during the following week. A few days later I was asked to come for an in-person interview and was told via phone that I did not get the position a week after that. The entire process took roughly 1 month.
