Very straightforward and professional. The recruiter asked typical questions one would expect from the initial interview. The particular role was not a great fit for my experience which was fine. Enjoyed the conversation and ability to learn more about AMZN.

The whole process was straightforward and efficient. I was surprised by how thorough their application process is, as well as their background check—but I was even more surprised to find out how easy the whole process was.
