3 30-minutes bahaviour-based interviews in a row with 3 different managers, everyone asks 2 questions regarding the 16 leadership principles of Amazon. Before the interview you have to take part in a preparation call where they clearly explain the whole process. Everything is very well organised and structured. Managers make you feel comfortable and are easy-going.
