The interview process starts with the recruiter and a 30min phone screen. After that a phone screen with an employee currently in the role you are applying for. If you pass through that 4-7 45min interviews are set up over a few days. Questions will be in a predictive behavioral form.

Screening call, five ‘loop’ interviews & HM chat. Loop based on Amazon leadership principles & STAR interview format. You receive plenty of information on how to prepare for the interviews which are back to back and 1 hour each

Very intense. 2 phone screens and 4 45 minute interviews, known as the loop. The recruiter prepared me with much detail about what to expect. If you prepare, you’ll be fine.

Went through phone screening and never heard back even after reaching out to recruiter. It was unusual since they are usually quick on notifying you. I've went through a few interviews with them in the past.
