Entretien
This is a Face to Face interview process. Also mainly concentrates on communication and interpersonal skills. You need to be clear and have to sound confident through out the interview process and also only one round will be there to get qualified for the offer.

Entretien
Interview process is very old fashioned no human connect no clear answers to applications . I wuld request them to increase the human connects in the interview process so candidates are able to get the feedback.

Question 1
They asked Physcho logical questions which were not at all relevant to job profiles.
Video interview is held after a series of general knowledge and English proficiency tests. Based on the test scores mail is received for the interview. The tests were fairly easy and are monitored while attempting.
Interview was good and merged well to be at pace of the interviewer's point of view. Feels warm and supportive till the interview is over and kind of stress free.
