Worst experience that anyone can expect. The Hr at Amazon India are the worst when it comes to being professionals. She calls up late evening, doesnt bother to greet even, talks about the role randomly, and says we will not be able to pay much, do you still want to apply? Is this the way a BIG tech company HR speaks?
By far, the HR who is the face of the company, talks a lot about how the company can be. If one would speak to the HR, they would NEVER want to join such an organization, the salary aspects are totally secondary and not discussed even!

Question 1
None. The HR said she would move me to the next round and in 5 mins I got two conflicting emails - one to schedule a time slot and another to not indicate availability. It mentioned that the HR would call to explain why availability is not needed, and till now there is no phone call even after 2 weeks.
Did a test task and was called by HR almost immediately for the next round. But salary range (full packet with stock and benefits) and return to office policy did nit much my expectations
very standard. the interviewers had a set of questions to ask about the LPs so we can anticipate beforehand. But I think I got ghosted in the end. One of the interviewers told me about the 2 & 5 rule but its been more than 2 weeks since my last interview and still no response from anyone so idk what happened.
Lengthy, messy schedule, interviews canceled last minute, interviewer late. Rude, disrespectful and dismissive approach toward candidate. Majority of people were from a different team so had no clue about the specifics of the position when asked in the final Q&A. If they treat you like this before joining, can’t imagine after. Application withdrawn.
