The interview process consisted of 3 interviews. The first meeting was a phone screen with an internal hiring manager/recruiter at Altfest. This was a general get to know you, your exerience, etc... interview. The 2nd interview was with the founder of the firm, and a few other employees. This one was similar to the 1st, with more of an emphasis on my fit with the Altfest philosophy and culture. The 3rd interview was with the leadership committee of the firm; executives and other senior advisors. 1/2 of this interview was a case study that i was asked to prepare for beforehand and the other half as a traditional interview fielding questions from the group.

Long interview process, starting off with a couple calls with the recruiter/HR, online personality exams, then an in person with a C-level exec and an associate, then another in person presentation of a financial planning case study.
